Thank you Tri-Cities!

Because as of this morning, not only am I the most followed sports talk radio host on Facebook in the Tri-Cities, but my radio station the most followed sports talk radio station in the market as well.

It’s not easy. Our competitors are on FM, or have a tower more centrally located to the population centers of the market than we do.

But I’ve overcome that in a variety of ways.

First, embracing online media. I am the only over-the-air host in the market that archives their show.

Then there’s the content I provide.

One of the things that bothered me about local sports talk historically is that it was milquetoast. Hosts were afraid to ask tough questions.
