These headlines are disturbing.

It’s understandable fans get excited when their teams wins and might do some things that otherwise might not be considered acceptable that are otherwise tolerable.

If one tried to ride the roof of a bus under normal circumstances, if they didn’t fall to their death they’d be arrested, scorned by the passengers, and prosecuted to the fullest extent by the bus company or municipal authority.

If one does this amidst a celebration for a pro sports team winning a world title, somehow it contributes to the joyous scene.

But shooting a gun into a celebration of countless thousands of people just makes one wonder “Why?”

Running for their lives on what should have been one of the most memorably joyful times of their lives.

The thought here is often overseas soccer riots are an extension of political extremism. It is what has some in the United States fearful of those…
