I don't know what adjustments the opposing coaches are doing at halftime but obviously it's not something McMillan is handling well. Look, I've been impressed with some of the players McMillan has brought in. But so far McMillan's peak is equal to Padgett's. We'll see if McMillan can keep his players in the fold- which was something Padgett couldn't. And I will always be opposed to going directly from high school to college coaching without a period as an assistant.
